IS CONDO LIVING FOR YOU?

Before you decide if you want to live in a condo, do your homework and find out what it's going to be like for you.  Some love the "lock and leave" concept of having a community with all the amenities, no yard work, easy living, but there are rules, restrictions, some of which might not work for ALL.  Make sure you work with an agent who is familiar with the by-laws, that you have all rules and regulations to read before you make that final decision, and the best thing to do is walk the community and ask random people their thoughts.

I was a real estate paralegal and have sold condos for many years.  Better to know before hand that this is not the life you would like than to move in and find out it's not for you.
